Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with salt, sugar, pepper, chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a drizzle of oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
