Turai Ki Sabzi
Ingredients:
Ridged gourd 1 kg
Garlic 10 cloves
Tomatoes ½ kg
Onion ½ kg
Green chilies 10
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Whole red chilies 6-8
Curry leaves as required
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
All spice powder ½ tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Method:
Wash the ridged gourd and cut them into pieces. Then in 2 cups of water add ridged gourd, salt, turmeric powder, all spice powder, green chilies and tomatoes. Cook until the water is dry. Now cook onion for about 5-6 minutes. Then add garlic, curry leaves, cumin seeds and whole red chilies, fry well and temper the ridged gourd. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Lahori Green Mutton Curry
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Green chilies 10
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Tomatoes 6
Green onions 250 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger 4 tbsp
Roasted cumin 2 tbsp
Bay leaves 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
In 2 glasses of water, add tomatoes, green onions, green chilies, ginger and all the spices. Cook well. Then allow the mixture to cook now and grind it properly. Now heat oil, add roasted cumin, bay leaves and black pepper. Fry well. Now add grinded mixture and cook well. Then add mutton, cover and cook well. Now cook on a low heat, cook well. Lastly sprinkle fresh coriander and serve hot.
