Hey everyone!

Check out mom's delicious Guyanese dhal recipe! 😊

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of yellow split peas
a large onion
5 cloves of garlic
a piece of hot pepper
1 chicken cube
a handful of chopped spinach
some green onions
1 tsp of curry powder
2 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of ground geera/cumin
salt and msg to taste
18 cups of water

INGREDIENTS FOR CHUNKAY:
Whole geera, ground geera/cumin, 5 cloves of garlic (chopped)
