Dr. Joel B. Hayden is a practicing optometrist and nutritionist in Mansfield, Massachusetts for over 25 years. In addition to general optometry, Dr. Hayden specializes in Orthokeratology, and has developed his own brand called H.A.L.T. ( Hayden Advanced Lens Therapy). With nearly 100 children in his system, he has nearly stopped the progression of myopia in all of them.

He is an avid Crossfitter, having obtained his L1 Certification in 2009. He holds a first degree black belt in MMA, along with his three boys.
