Let's get a good mobile stretch in today to work deep into your muscles and joints! Today we will be alternating between mobility and flexibility so we will be moving through your range of motion and also holding static positions. Give yourself time to get deeper into your range of motion and deep into those sore muscles! There is always a way to go a little deeper in your stretch so make sure to listen to the cues for how to get the best results out of this stretch.
