INGREDIENTS
For 2 people
4 potatoes
Salt to taste
150g of smoked salmon
200g of spreadable cheese
The juice of a lemon
Lemon peel to taste
A bunch of chives
Clarified oil or butter to taste

METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and grate in a bowl.
2. Sat them and mix.
3. Place the mixture in a pan with clarified butter.
4. Cook for about 5 minutes per side.
5. Serve with cream cheese seasoned with lemon juice, salmon, chives, and lemon peel!
