I love the Persona series for it's way to blend psychology and good ol anime action. Persona 4 in particular does a good job at addressing psychological concepts with regards to adolescence. Kanji Tatsumi being a great character to represent gender expression and the influence societal expectations have on it for adolescents. Kanji Tatsumi's shadow is perfect for telling this story. Here's why.
