The Hornet has a couple of features which may not be immediately obvious to newer pilots that enable us to squeeze the maximum range possible within the amount of fuel we carry. Broadly speaking, these techniques fall under 2 areas:

* Independent Fuel Tank Controls
* Best Speed & Altitude for cruise

If we combine the best practices of both of these, we get to fly further than the competition, or in deep strike missions, we'll be the ones who get to return home.
