On Thursday 31st October 2019, The British Army Band Tidworth performed throughout the day in London Paddington Station as part of The Royal British Legion’s 2019 London Poppy Day. In this video the band perform during the lunchtime period for commuters and travellers helping the RBL in its largest one day street collection of its kind in the UK, with over 2,000 collectors, many from the three armed services.

The British Army Band Tidworth is a full brass band, with contemporary capability also within the Corps of Army Music is based in the Tidworth Garrison in Wiltshire and incorporates The Royal Artillery Band, The Band of the Corps of Royal Engineers and The Band of the Adjutant General's Corps. The band came under this new formation in September 2019 after The Corps of Army Music went under a further restructure to have less but bigger bands!
The band’s set was a lively and exciting set that entertained the audiences through London Paddington! They were under the direction of their Bandmaster Staff Sergent Lindley and Band Sargent Major, John Marsh, who played Tuba in the band.
