2 pounds ground beef
Half a cup of ketchup
1/4 of a cup of mustard
1/4 of a cup of brown sugar or brown sugar
Buns or Low Calorie Bread

Brown the meat in a pan 1st
Then add to crockpot and on low for 4-6 hours

Serve in a bun
