Chicken Shashlik With Fried Rice Quick Recipe | Easy Recipe of Chicken Shashlik With Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS & METHOD OF COOKING=======
(THESE ARE BASED ON MY COOKING RECIPE FOR 300 GRAMS CHICKEN AND 500 GRAMS RICE, YOU CAN ADD OR LESS INGREDIENTS ACCORDINGLY AS PER YOUR REQUIREMENTS)


FOR FRIED RICE WE NEED
-Oil 3 TSP
-Carrot 1 piece
-Green Onions 100 Grams'
-Capsicum 1 Piece
-Cabbage 100 Grams
-Black Peeper 1 TSP,
-Salt 1 TSP or as you like
-Vinegar
-Red Chili Sauce
-Rice 500 Grams. I have boiled the rice

HOW TO COOK FRIED RICE ..?

-Put 3 TSP oil and 1 Carrot in the pan and cook for 1-2 mints
-Then we will add 100 gram cabbage, Capsicum 1 Piece and Green Chili 50 Grams and will cook for 2-3 mints
-Add Black peeper and Salt 1 TSP each
-Add Vinegar and cook till vegetable become soft.
-When vegetable become soft add boiled rice and mix well
-Add Green Onions 20-30 Grams
-Keep it on low flame for almost 5 mints
-Fried rice are ready. Eat and Enjoy... !

FOR CHICKEN SHAHLIK WE NEED:
First we will marinate the chicken so we need
-Chicken 300 Grams
-Black Peeper 1 TSP
-Salt 1 TSP
-Vinegar
-Ginger Garlic Paste 2 TSP
