8 tablespoon evap milk
92 ml room temp water /or 1/3-cup
25g- Vegetable Shortening /or 1/8-cup
25g- margarine or Butter/or 1/8-Cup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1-1/2 tablespoon powder milk
2 tablespoon cooking oil
___________________________________
12-15 minutes hand kneading
8-10 minutes Using stand mixer low speed
if you don't have Shortening you can Use All Margarine /or All Butter the same effect and results
Margarine or Shortening or Butter or Lard
is same effect and results of Donuts or Bread for Soft and Fluffy texture but
Not same taste
Shortening made of Vegetable oil 80% Vegetables oil 20% water
Margarine Made of Vegetable oil Long Process 80%Vegetable oil 20% Water/color and tasty flavor
Butter made of saturated fat
Lard made of pure animal fat
