Natural Salts like Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt Stimulates circulation and relieves muscle stiffness and cramps. You can use a variety of dried herbs for specific benefits but I use Bamboo Leaf Tea for it’s high silica levels, Lavender for its natural antibacterial & antiseptic properties and Hibiscus Flowers for their high level of antioxidants and anti-aging benefits.

In addition to adding fragrance, essential oils have a wide variety of health benefits including relieving stress, antibacterial properties, and promoting skin rejuvenation.

How to make Bath Salts | Herbal Bath Salts Recipe:
• ½ cup Epsom Salts
• ¼ cup Himalayan Pink Salt or Coarse Sea salt
• 1 tablespoon Dried Lavender
• 1 tablespoon Bamboo Leaf Tea
• 1 Tablespoon Dried Hibiscus Flowers
• 10 drops Peppermint Oil
