Radishes grow quickly and easily, just make sure to plant them in the spring or fall, they don't like the summer heat. Once the heat comes then they will bolt, but that's okay too since you can save the seeds to grow radish microgreens throughout the year. I like the radish microgreens better than the radishes themselves ;)
By the way, you can roast or sauté radishes for a milder taste, they are delicious either way, Bon Appetite!
