This is a pilates reformer and tower combo workout, so we will do some exercises on the reformer and some exercises on the tower as well as combine using the carriage and elements from the tower. Its almost a 45 minute full body workout, so we will do legs, gluten, abs and arms and finish with everyones favorite, feet in straps. I got my appendix out a few weeks ago and not allowed to workout yet, so my husband helped out and did the workout while I instructed.
