Trust us when we say that stretching isn't enough! Yes, it's helpful to manage symptoms in the beginning and does play a role in rehab for plantar fasciitis but to really take care of your symptoms, you need to strengthen! That is because plantar fasciitis is a result of placing a tissue through a load that it is not quite ready to handle.
