This demo is meant to demistify underhand sneaks (UHS), overhand sneaks (OHS) and tandem sneaks (TS). It's easier to understand sneaks once you see their relationship to dragon rolls.
There is no difference in complexity between an UHS and OHS, it's just a question of which hand is sneaking. There are differences in the ease of learning one or the other, depending on our bodies and movement preferences.
This is just a demo, but can be used as a drill. UHS/DR/OHS transitions are an entry point into learning TS.
