So the question remains, How do you deal with bad neighbors? I'm taking suggestions! Seriously these people are the worst they make me hate living here, not only are they LOUD, they steal, they make weird noises, they stomp and they drive me ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I've said something once but I'm too passive aggressive to actually do anything now that the problem has gotten out of hand.

I'm so glad I'm moving next month.
