Getting your greens in doesn't always have to mean broccoli, asparagus, or spinach. When you need a break from the more bitter greens, fresh or frozen peas are an incredible way to get those micronutrients in and make the perfect side dish to almost anything!

In this video, I show you HOW TO COOK PEAS in a foolproof way. The only way you can mess this up is if you cook it too long! You can also use this method to COOK FROZEN PEAS. In that case, all you need to do is take the thaw off in the boiling water.

Oh, and this is a 3 ingredient dish! All you need is peas, onion, and butter (don't skimp on the quality here!).
