💥 Broccoli Salad Ingredients:
2 Cups (300g) Broccoli
1/2 Red Onion
1/2 Cucumber (1/2 cup or 150g)
1 Cup (200g) Cherry Tomatoes
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
1/2 Cup (50g) Parmesan Cheese
💥 Broccoli Salad Instructions:
1. Wash the broccoli then chop into small pieces. Cook broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
2. Slice red onions, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
3. In a large bowl combine broccoli, red onion, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and season with salt and pepper
4. Add shaved parmesan cheese and mix together.
