A straight arm press down builds the lats, lower back and also works the tricep muscles.
Steps:
1. Grab onto a press-down bar with a wide grip. Keep your body straight, with your knees slightly bent, and abs tightly drawn in.
2. Keep a slight bend in your elbow, pull the bar down until it touches your upper thighs. You should feel a stretch in your lats and tricep muscles.
3. Hold this position for a moment and then slowly bring the bar back up to head height
