In concluding this series, I need to share something I learned about performance that changes my paradigm when it comes to output and execution. It has also taught me in the most profound ways the difference between ordinary businesses and mega corporations. The differentiator lies in what I am about to share below. It is what separates the proverbial “men” from the “boys”.

When it comes to performance output, there are three effects to note. These are linear, multiplier and the ultimate, quantum. Let us examine each one using a standard I devised that best demonstrates this scenario and shows why we must all be striving to achieve the quantum effect if we want to become world changers.
