Do you feel like you are having trouble staying motivated during your workouts, losing your passion for fighting and martial arts, getting bored of exercising, or just can't seem to take the initiative to start working out? Write down some of your goals and figure out how you are going to reach them! For example:
Goal: lose 10 lbs. of body fat in 2 months
Plan: I will wake up before work/school and go jogging 2 miles, followed by four 40-yard dashes, and then finish with 10 burpees. And I will cut out carbs from my diet after 7pm.

It must be specific like the goal and achievement above! Know exactly what you want, and figure out the exact way of making them come true. Figure out what motivates you -- friends, training partners, music, quotes, other fitness gurus, bullies, etc.
