Ham & Cheese Quiche
In this video I show you how to make a delicious ham and cheese quiche. Some guys have a hold up about quiche, but the only difference between quiche and breakfast casserole is a crust; quiche has a crust, breakfast casserole usually doesn’t. The best part about this delicious and fairly quick recipe, is that it is so easy to make. Quiche varieties are only as limited as your imagination. The famous Quiche Lorraine is simply a bacon and cheese quiche. Now, a traditional quiche does use cream instead of milk, but in this day and age, we can all use as much “waistline” help as possible, so I use milk. It is up to you, your waistline and your pocketbook. I hope you enjoy this as much as my wife and I do.
Preheat oven to 375
Ham & Cheese Quiche
1 fully baked pie shell
4 eggs
1 ½ cups chopped or cubed ham
1 ½ cups swiss or mixed shredded cheese
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
OPTIONAL
ONLY IF YOU WANT IT SPICY: ¼ tsp Tony’s Creole Seasoning
