In PCOD there are two types of treatment basically what everybody is following now. One is Allopathic, second is Ayurveda. PCOD is a hormone related problem where the hormones of the body are imbalancing. So in Allopathic, the medicines what are given are basically only for a time period and it is like an artificial hormones which are supplied to the body to make a balance in the body and so the reproductive system starts to function normal. So in Ayurveda what we are trying to do is the body itself tries to secrete hormones which are required for a normal reproductive system functioning. So in Ayurveda there is a definitive cure and a specialty is there that we can cure it permanently with the help of these medications and the patient may not be dependent on these medications for along time.
