Exceptional Minds is now offering remote Summer Workshops! We are excited to provide students on the autism spectrum digital arts classes for summer fun or exploring a possible career path.

Workshops are taught over Zoom by our professional instructors and range from character animation and motion graphics to 3D modeling and video game creation. Sessions run for two weeks each between June 15th and August 14th.

This year marks our first remote Summer Workshop as we open our virtual doors to the same amazing summer experience but in compliance with physical distancing policies and in the safety and convenience of your own home.

Included in the two-week program are social engagement electives ranging from improv and drawing to Dungeons & Dragons character development and game activities.

With our low student to teacher ratio, classes will fill up quickly. Sign up now for a fun summer of art and technology classes: Animation, 3D Creation Lab, Movie Magic, and Game Building in Unity.

Based in Los Angeles, we are a nonprofit organization that with a mission of employability, self-sufficiency, and inclusion. Our academy provides individuals on the autism spectrum with the technical and behavioral skills required for employment in the entertainment fields of digital arts, animation, and post production visual effects. Our studio provides hands-on experience and employment opportunities for our artists working with the likes of Disney, Marvel, ILM, Sony, Warner Bros, Netflix, Amazon, and many others. Our guiding principle is the quest for inclusion and opportunity paving the way for our students and graduates to thrive.
