This Salmon and spinach Quiche in the Air Fryer is a really simple recipe to put together. It’s nice and light but filling at the same time. No need to pre-cook the salmon just put it straight in along with all the other ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
300g Salmon cubed
Hot water crust pastry - [ Ссылка ]
Olive oil water spray – DO NOT USE - use an oil spray, rub butter
Rice, Dry beans, for blind baking
3 large eggs
1 cup cream
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Good pinch of black pepper
Cheese of choice
Good handful of spinach leaves chopped

Now timings in the air fryer are approximate – all air fryers cook at different levels
