Ingredients
potato-1/2kg
onion-4nos
greenchilly -6nos
garlic-10nos
ginger-1pc
chickpea dal-1sp
mustard-1spn
urad dal-1sp
oil-2tbsp
besan flour-1tbsp
turmericpowder-1/sp
curryleaves
drychilly -3nos
Potato to be cooked with salt and grate it.
Then place a pan and add oil to it. Then add mustard to it. Then Add urad dal and chickpea dal to it. saute well. then add dry chilly to it. after that add curryleaves to it and saute. then add onion to it. saute well. then add turmeric powder and saute well.after that add greenchilly to it and saute well. Then add besan flour to be mixed with some water and add to it. mix it well. After 5minute add potato to it and cook well by adding enough water to it.
