INGREDIENTS:
2 lb Salmon fillet diced
Salt to taste (adjust taste where needed)
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp dried parsley
2-3 tsp Cajun seasoning
Olive oil
2-3 tsp butter
1-2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Diced bell peppers
Diced pineapple
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey
4 cups Cooked day old rice
1 cup peas and carrots
2 eggs
Green onions (scallion)
Cook salmon until desired color Is met and fish Is thoroughly cooked. All Cooked on medium heat.
