Even if they kill the messenger, they can’t kill the message.’ That’s their motto. Forbidden Stories is a media organization that works to continue the free and independent reporting of journalists facing threats and murder.
On 9-10 December, World Press Freedom Conference 2020 will jointly mark World Press Freedom Day and the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists. The event is hosted by UNESCO and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It will be a unique digital conference that will address how journalists can work without fear of favour.
