Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp

Onion -1/2 cup
Coriander leaves
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
All purpose flour- 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry
Cutlet was a typical starter in French cuisine, it gained popularity in cuisines around the world. In Indian cuisine, a cutlet specifically refers to mashed vegetables or cooked meat stuffing that is fried with a batter/covering. In this recipe video I have detailed the recipe for making the perfect veg cutlet, these cutlets will be crispy/crunchy from the outside and soft/juicy from the inside.
