CONSENT ITEMS: 23:30
(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,485,814.80 for the period of September 25, 2021 through October 1, 2021.
(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,254,641.10 for the period ending September 25, 2021.
(3) Adopt Resolution declaring a 2002 Terex BL-Pegson X800X550 (M0048) surplus and authorizing sale to Powerscreen of Washington for a $50,000 trade-in allowance towards the purchase of H0074 Rock Crusher.
(4) Award Request for Proposal #2021-020 Rock Crusher to Powerscreen of Washington in the amount of $488,020.00 including Washington State sales tax.
(5) Adopt Resolution declaring a 2009 Honda ST1300PA police motorcycle (P0901) surplus and authorizing sale at public action.
(6) Authorize city staff to apply for and if awarded, Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the Washington State Department of Commerce regarding the application, acceptance, and utilization of the Request for Proposal for Less than Lethal Equipment in the amount of $50,569.00.

(11) Award Request for Proposal #2021-002 Automated Parking Management System to OSP US, Inc. dba Orbility for a two-year contract with three (3) one-year extension options in the amount of $255,962.66 including Washington State sales tax.
(12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Settlement Agreement between the City of Everett and Michael E. Weaver and Amy Weaver.
(13) Accept the construction of the Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of completion with Premier Field Development, Inc. in the amount of $4,041,013.04.
