The problem with Ontario's Landlord Tenant Board
If you've watched my videos in the past, you know I'm all about being fair. I help tenants out as best as I possibly can while also calling out bad landlords. So when it comes to Ontario's Landlord Tenant Board, I have to be fair as well... they might as well be called the Tenant Protection Agency, and in this video I explain why. In my experience, they don't provide much help or guidance to landlords who are looking to play by the rules.
