INGREDIENTS
Moong dal / green gram - 1cup
Sour curd -1/4 cup
Green chillies - 3
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt as per taste
Grated carrot-1/4 cup
Eno - 1/2 tsp
Method
Wash moong dal twice & soak for 2 hours then drain moongdal & grind to a fine paste , do not add water , transfer to a bowl , to it add
Grated Carrot & mix then , take a steamer and add water to it then turn on the heat , now add Eno fruit salt and mix very gently , immediately spread the batter on idli plates , place the idli plates in the steamer , cover & steam for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Take out the idli’s once steam goes off, enjoy.
