I noticed, after recording, that the video quality wasn't quite right. I've changed some of the settings in OBS and did a few test recordings this afternoon and think I FINALLY have everything fixed! *knock on wood* Looking forward to sharing some HHP and more ACNH videos this week, along with some Stardew and maaaaybe a little bit of World of Warcraft if you guys are interested in that.
