500 Gms Mutton
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Ginger Powder (Saunth)
1 Cup Oil
1 Chopped Onion
Slurry of Roasted Wheat Flour and water
2 tbsp Ghee
1 Chopped Onion
Half tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
