International crude oil prices have started rising once again after OPEC+, the organisation of oil producing nations, decided to cut production from next month. Oil prices, which fell to 9-month-lows in the last week, are up 7 dollars to 93 dollars in just 7 days. While the higher prices will not hit Indian consumers immediately, they may have a diplomatic fallout and push India to buy more discounted crude oil from Russia. Watch this report.
