White karahi
Ingredients for white chicken karahi preparation
Oil 2tbsp
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Ginger pods 3-4
Garlic cloves 4-5
Green chilies 5-6
Water as required
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Chicken 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Onion puree 2 cups
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
Directions:
1. In a pan add onion and ginger. garlic water, green chilies and cook for 7-8 min until gets soft.
2. Now put it in a blender and add yogurt, cream, and blend into a smooth paste form.
3. Now in a pan add oil, chicken, and salt now fry it until the chicken changes its color.
4. Now add onion paste and mix it well, add white pepper and black pepper mix it well and cook it until the chicken is fully cooked.
5. Now add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix it well. Cover and cook for 15-20 mins.
6. Cook until oil separates.
7. Your white chicken karahi is ready.
