Brownie Tart
Ingredients:
Ready chocolate tart dough 1
Milky’s dark chocolate 160 grams
Butter 100 grams
Caster sugar 100 grams
Brown sugar 50 grams
Flour 50 grams
Cocoa powder 25 grams
Eggs 2
Salt a pinch
Method:
Roll out tart dough and spread in tart pan evenly. Clean the edges & chill it well before baking.
Bake it at 165C for 10 minutes then remove it from oven & pour in brownie batter.
Put it back in the oven and bake it for 25 minutes until brownie is set.
Remove from oven. Garnish it with ganache or cocoa powder.
Serve hot or chilled as per choice.
For Brownie Batter:
In a deep clean bowl, put chocolate & butter. Melt it on bain-Marie, keep aside.
In another bowl beat eggs & both sugars until light in color. Add in melted chocolate mixture gradually. Give it a good mix then add in all dry ingredients. Mix it well but don’t over mix. Pour batter & Bake it at 165C for 25 minutes.

Monster Cookies
Ingredients:
Flour 100 grams
Butter 70 grams
Peanut butter 70 grams
Brown sugar 70 grams
Rolled Oats 70 grams
Corn starch 10 grams
Caster sugar 25 grams
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Dark chocolate chips 30 grams
White chocolate chips 30 grams
Chocolate candies 50 grams
Method:
In a stand mixer bowl with paddle attachment beat butter & both sugars until light in color. Add in peanut butter. Give it a good mix. Then add an egg and mix well.
Now add all dry ingredients one by one alternatively to form a dough.
Don’t over mix it. Finally keep the dough in the chiller for 30 minutes before portioning. Portion it in 25 to 30 grams each ball. Place it on baking mat and press little with hands. Decorate some Chocolate candies on top if needed.
Bake it at 170C for 12 minutes or until the edges turning to golden brown.
Remove from oven & cool it on cooling rack before storing & serving.
