Two stars of the Korean drama Queen of Tears, Kim Ji Won and Kim Soo Hyun, were caught being intimate during the filming process. In the behind-the-scenes video released by tvN, Soo Hyun and Ji Won are seen sitting together on the bed to prepare for filming, then the Queen of Tears staff can be heard saying, "We have installed an electric heating pad." Hearing those words, the main couple of Queen of Tears immediately covered their bodies with a blanket.

Kim Soo Hyun is a South Korean actor who is said to be getting the highest salary at the moment. A number of dramas he has starred in have now succeeded in getting high ratings, supported by excellent plots and acting talent.
