Thai Spicy Stir Fried Chicken:
Ingredients to marinate
Chicken ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Spring onion leaves 3 tbsp
Other ingredients
Green chilies sliced diagonally 4
White pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Red chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Stock 1 ½ cup
Crushed garlic ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Method
Marinate Chicken ½ kg cubes flattened with salt, white pepper ½ tsp each
Spring onion leaves 3 tbsp cut into 1 inch pcs , now Heat oil, fry chopped garlic till light golden, add in chicken, saute for 3 mins, add all the seasonings with stock, cook till mixture boiling. Lastly add corn flour paste to thicken, serve with garlic rice.
Grilled chicken in barbeque sauce:
Ingredients to marinate
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Baking powder 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Ingredients for barbeque sauce
Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Onion chopped 1
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Barbeque sauce 2 tbsp
Marinate Boneless chicken with 1 tsp baking powder overnight
Method for sauce
Mix all the ingredients for sauce and serve with grilled chicken.
Method for grilled chicken
Marinate all the ingredients with all the given ingredients for 30 mins, heat 2 tbsp oil, grill chicken for 20 mins, serve with bbq sauce and fries.
