In today's video I am showing you what I think is the best grilled corn, and it is my favorite BBQ side dish. It really couldn't be easier, and as always I will have the full recipe down below. Grilled corn on the cob has always been one of my favorite things to eat. I just think corn tastes better on the cob, but you don't need to settle for the old boring butter, salt, and pepper. Full Recipe:

| Ingredients |

-Corn on the cob
-Ash Kickin' BBQ Honey Chipotle Seasoning
-Mayo
-Cotija Cheese
-Cilantro
-Hot Sauce

| Instructions |

Prep:

1. Trim the corn per the instructions in the video.

| Cooking |

1. Set your smoker for 300º F.

2. Put the corn on the grill for 30 minutes.

3. After 30 minutes, flip the corn, and continue cooking for 30 more minutes. At this point, the corn should be done, but my hack to telling when the grilled corn is done is when the husks turn yellow or slightly brown, that is when you know it's done.

4. Once the corn is done, remove the husks, and allow to cool for a few minutes.

5. Once the corn has cooled for a bit, slather with mayo all around the grilled corn, then cover completely with cotjia cheese, then season with my Honey Chipotle, then cilantro, and finally hot sauce. The instructions in the video can be followed to a T.

6. After you have your grilled corn prepped, serve, eat, and ENJOY!!
