If the date portion of your date stamp is not printing, or printing too heavily, you can simply adjust the date height. Here's how:

1 - Hold the stamp upside down so that you can see the adjustment screws.
2 - Choose the proper screwdriver to fit.
3 - To raise the date impression to make the date more visible, adjust the screws in a clockwise direction.
4 - To lower the date to make the text more visible, turn the screws in a counter clockwise direction.
