For this episode, I travel north to Mount Baker and the Mount Baker Ski Area. This area is very popular for hiking, photography, and of course skiing in the winter. While I didn’t get the epic conditions one always hopes for, the rain and wind made for an interesting day. I was happy with the images I came away with – considering the challenges of the conditions. I characterized this trip as a “run and gun” photography day; difficult to plan with the constant push to adapt.
Long exposure, waterfall, macro, and experimenting with the Orton effect.
