Sprouted Green Gram - 1 cup
Coconut Oil - 1 1/4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Shallots - 10
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 2 strings
Salt - for taste
Water - as required
