Ever wondered how to make Turkish Delight at home? Here is an authentic Turkish Delight recipe with pistachios! I used pistachios in this recipe, if you like you can use hazelnuts or walnuts instead. Also, it is without gelatin as in the authentic recipe. It has a nice chewy yet juicy texture. It is a nice sweet option for vegans as well. I loved the subtle lemon flavour along with pistachios in this Turkish delight.

♨️ INGREDIENTS:
1 cup water
1/2 cup corn flour / corn starch
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp cream of tartar ( For those who can't find cream of tartar, you can substitute 1/2 tsp cream of tartar with 1 leveled tsp of baking powder.)
1 tsp vanillin sugar or vanilla extract
1/2 cup pistachio
-- For the Syrup --
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 slice lemon
-- For Coating --
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp corn flour / corn starch
