Just purchased this pressure cooker. Will be trying recipes and posting them to this channel.
NOTE: It did take the cooker 50 minutes the first time to pressurize! Says is will take only 17 minutes. You have to fill it with water first and run it.

UPDATE !!! 10-5-21 Still works great. No problems. I did replace the inner pot once.

Sorry for the poor audio. We used my phone in a pinch today.
