I listen to Mirage on headphones, lying down covered with a blanked, wearing blindfolds in order to completely immerse in the sound ambience and let the binaural beats guide me into a state of deep relaxation. The tracks (except from the seamless loop version) are designed to carefully wake you up towards the end.
