SCOTLAND is a Planet, and we decided to explore it landing on its surface, by motorcycles. A dance of wheels on the Scottish roads; a dance of dreamlike colors above the notes of the Red Hot Chilli Pipers, the most iconic Scottish bagpipe band.

The Italian travel blogger and journalist Fulvio Terminelli, involved his companion in adventure Jacopo Grilli in a rather simple and creative project: to tell about their motorcycle journey along the Scottish roads with a self-produced short film and shot with their own means without the help of exterior staff, subsequently mounted and intimately intertwined with the soundtrack that best represents the Scottish spirit: a compilation of the greatest hits of the famous bagpipe band the "Red Hot Chilli Pipers", world-famous artists capable of combining the typical sound of traditional Scottish instruments with contemporary and engaging arrangements.
Scotland has a fascinating history and decidedly evocative, dramatic landscapes; the two Italian motorcycle travelers, with their short film, wanted to enhance all these characteristics with a product authentically in love with the soul of the country, from the soundtrack perfectly representative of the Scottish identity - but at the same time full of energy - to the colors of the frames imbued with that sense of melancholy that distinguishes every landscape of Scotland: a planet apart.
The short film begins in the Aberdeen port, a few moments before embarking for the Shetland Islands, the scene of the first chapter of the story. The second chapter tells what happened on the Orkney Islands. In the third, the two motorcycles travel counterclockwise around the perimeter of the Highlands and then conclude their journey by crossing the Inner and Outer Hebrides.
Nothing that appears in the short film is fiction. The aerial shots were made with a drone piloted by the same motorcyclists. Each scene is part of the real journey and is a fragment of real life.
