Your Gosund Smart Plug may sometimes show offline in the app. This usually happens if the device loses Wi-Fi connection.

A quick way to resolve this issue is to power cycle your Smart Plug (unplug it from the wall socket. Then wait a few minutes and plug it back in). It should come back online after this.

If not, you want to remove it from the app and set it up again. Also, check that you're on the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (5GHz Wi-Fi isn't supported). More troubleshooting steps in the video.
